Committed to Consistent, Certified CuNi Fittings
Sunflex Metalloy Pvt. Ltd. is committed to manufacturing copper-nickel forged fittings that consistently meet or exceed the dimensional, mechanical and chemical requirements of ASME B16.11, MSS SP-79/83/95/97 and applicable international standards.
We achieve this through incoming raw material verification, in-process dimensional checks at each forging and machining stage, and final inspection prior to dispatch. Every batch is supported by full material traceability back to the original cast/heat number.
Our quality management system is maintained under ISO 9001:2015, and we continually invest in inspection equipment, staff training and process documentation to reduce variation and improve first-pass yield across our CuNi 90/10 and 70/30 fitting range.
From Billet to Certified Fitting

Raw Material Verification
Incoming CuNi 90/10 & 70/30 billet checked against mill certificates for chemical composition before release to production.

Forging
Controlled hot / closed-die forging shapes each fitting to near-net form, preserving grain structure for corrosion resistance.

CNC Machining & Threading
Bore, socket and thread machining (NPT/BSPT/BSPP) held to ASME B16.11 and MSS SP tolerance bands.

Testing & Inspection
Dimensional inspection, hydrostatic/pneumatic testing and dye-penetrant (PT) examination performed per applicable spec.

Marking, Certification & Dispatch
Heat-traceable marking, EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates issued, and packing for export-grade transit protection.
